What Happened?

SERVPRO recently received a call for a West Hartford rainstorm flooded basement. Somehow this homeowner’s garage door was left a bit open by someone in the family. The rainstorm then created a torrential downpour that flooded the garage which then flowed into the extended basement office area with rug floors.
